1. General Policy
Due to the nature of professional construction and consulting services, payments made to PRIMEBUD are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced or been made available.
By purchasing consulting or construction services, the Client acknowledges that preparation, planning, coordination, and technical work may begin immediately after agreement.
2. Consulting Services
Payments for:
  • Technical consultations
  • Project planning support
  • Feasibility discussions
  • Written reports or cost estimations
  • Online or in-person advisory sessions
are non-refundable once the session has been delivered or work has commenced.
If cancellation is requested before the agreed service date and no preparation work has begun, a refund may be considered at the Company’s discretion.
3. Construction Services
For construction projects:
  • Payment terms, advance payments, and cancellation conditions are governed exclusively by the signed construction contract.
  • Advance payments may cover materials, subcontractors, and project preparation.
  • Refundability depends on the stage of project execution and incurred costs.
No automatic refund rights apply unless specified in the signed contract or required by mandatory law.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in limited situations such as:
  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical error
  • Payment processor mistake
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). PRIMEBUD does not store payment card details and is not responsible for delays or errors caused by payment processors.
